If you’re interested in joining Pittsburgh HOG, follow these simple steps:
1) Make sure your national HOG membership is current. If you need to join National HOG or Renew Click Here.
2) Fill out our chapter enrollment form.
3) Submit the form along with $20 annual dues to:

4) Please complete and submit the ICE form along with your membership.

To fill out the Pittsburgh HOG Chapter enrollment form just
click the patch above.
The form is now editable. Just open it and type in your information. Change the date to the current date and print the form. Please note: forms MUST be hand signed. You cannot type your name in the signature line.
